Utopia Martial Arts is ran by coaches Megan, Lauren and Alicia Abel. All of Utopia's coaches have been doing martial arts for over 10 years. The coaches have experience in competing in competitions both nationally and internationally and years of experience in coaching students within martial arts.
Utopia Martial Arts also provides fitness classes ran by Lauren Abel designed for adults who want to take part in a active lesson designed to improve their strength. There is a variety of lessons to take part in alongside personal training (PT) lessons where you work with Lauren on improving your personal fitness goals.
At Utopia, we introduced a weapons and open hand assessment for students who take part in our weapons classes. This was designed to provide the opportunity for students who do not take part in our regular karate classes to gain
