Alicia is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Freestyle Karate and has been teaching for 6 years. She specialises in weapons training especially Bo staff. She has won two gold medals in the World Championships and won several British and European championships.
Biography:
Alicia started her martial arts journey at 6 years old and has now beeen training for 12 years and teaching for 6 years. Alicia started training in weapons, specifically bo staff, when she was 10 years old and now has been training in sword for a year.
Professional Life:
Alicia started teaching 6 years ago as an assistant coach in karate classes for all ages and taught bo staff. Now, Alicia continues to teach bo staff and sword alongside working in all types of martial arts classes.
