Every class has been designed to suit a certain age range with karate classes requiring the child to be 8 years old and upwards, our little ninjas follow a 4-7 years old requirement and totopia is designed for 2-4 years old. All fitness classes are designed for teenagers and adults.

Not at all. Our classes are designed to improve childrens karate skills. You can join as a beginner or as someone who already has previous experience with martial arts.

Martial arts improves a variety of skills and technique. Martial arts also helps improves balance, stamina, strength and many other benefits. Our friendly environment also allows students to create new friendships and helps with social skills.

No you do not. In our karate classes we don’t do any form of contact fighting. We only do sparring in kickboxing classes which take place on Monday’s 7-8pm. You will never be forced to take part in fighting in our general karate classes

We provide classes from Monday-Saturday. Karate classes take place everyday except Friday. On Saturday, we provide a Taekwondo class rather than traditional karate. More information on class times can be find on our program page.

Of course! A majority of students like to do a karate lesson and weapon class during the week. Most karate classes have a weapons lesson back to back so students can stay for 2 hours instead of just one. Some students also prefer doing karate one day and weapons/flips a different day. You also can do more than one karate class a week.

Nope! You can join classes with as much or little experience as you have. The classes are designed to teach students new flips that they are interested in learning. We use airpads which give students extra bounce to help them improve their flips and skills.

You need to contact one of the coaches via telephone or email stating how old your child is and what type of lessons they are interested in coming to so we can suggest the best suited class for them. Upon arrival to your first session, we also will give a waiver form to the parent/guardian of the child to fill in details. If you are an adult coming to fitness classes, you will fill the waiver form for yourself
